平倉是指交易者買入或者賣出與其所持合約的品種、數量相同但交易方向相反的合約，了結交易的行為。

平倉分為市價平倉和掛單平倉

市價平倉指交易者以當前市場價格平倉。


掛單平倉指交易者設定預計的價格平倉


掛單平倉分為止盈和止損

止盈是指當持倉單出現的盈利達到一定數額時，及時獲利平倉出場，見好就收。止盈屬於限價掛單，可以設定一個價格建立倉單，當價格波動到預設止盈價格時，止盈單自動生效。


止損是指當持倉單出現的虧損達到預定數額時，及時平倉出場，以避免形成更大的虧損。目的在於投資失誤時把損失限定在較小的範圍內。止損屬於限價掛單，可以設定一個價格建立倉單，當價格反向波動到達預設止損價格時，止損單自動生效。
